How do I return merchandise purchased at Gordmans.com?
We’re glad you asked. You may return purchases to Guest Services in any Gordmans store or send them back according to the directions on your shipping statement. Do you have layaway?
Yes, we offer a six-week layaway program under the following terms: • $50.00 minimum purchase (maternity and clearance not eligible) • 25% down payment • $5.00 non-refundable layaway fee • and remaining balance due within six weeks

How can I receive mailings and special offers?
You can sign up at any store or just Click Here. Once enrolled you will receive special notices and offers. You will also receive e-mail notification of special events and other exclusive offers just by signing up. We will hold your personal information in the strictest of confidence. Gordmans does not sell any information to outside sources.

Gordmans offers savings of 30% to 60% off department and specialty store prices which is reflected in our ticketing by showing "Our” price vs. what you could expect to pay elsewhere: "Their” price.
